Refund & Return Policy

At Bulk in Bag, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our Refund & Return Policy makes it simple to get your money back or exchange your items.


1. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Eligibility Window
    • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on most items.
    • Holiday or special-edition products may have different windows, which will be noted on the product page.
  2. Start Your Return
    • Log in to your Bulk in Bag account and navigate to My Orders.
    • Select the order and click Request Return.
    • Choose whether you’d like a refund or an exchange, then follow the on-screen steps to generate your prepaid return label.
  3. Pack & Ship
    • Repack the item in its original packaging (if possible), include all tags, manuals, and accessories, and affix the return label.
    • Drop off at the carrier location indicated on the label.

2. Return Conditions

  • Accepted
    • Unused, unwashed items in like-new condition
    • All original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Not Accepted
    • Items marked Final Sale
    • Perishable or hygiene items (e.g., opened baby bottles, cosmetics)
    • Products missing original packaging or accessories

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact our support team before shipping it back.


3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds
    • Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5–7 business days), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
    • You’ll receive an email notification when your refund is processed.
  • Exchanges
    • If you chose an exchange, we’ll ship your replacement item as soon as the returned product has arrived and passed inspection.
    • If your replacement is out of stock, you’ll be issued a store credit for the full amount.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover all return shipping costs.
  • Other Returns: A flat return shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check Your Bank: Refunds can take 3–5 business days to appear.
  • Still No Refund? Email us at support@bulkinbag.com with your order number and we’ll investigate.
